Payment Options
We understand the importance of having options when deciding how to pay for your mental health services. We offer the following payment options:

1. Insurance: 
PVFC accepts and is in-network with numerous insurance providers and plans. We are happy to bill your insurance based on the insurance information you provide. If you have a co-pay, it is due at the time of service, and your service may be subject to your insurance deductible before your insurance starts to cover your services. See below for a list of common insurances we accept.

Before your appointment at PVFC, it can be helpful to contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:

• Is this provider in-network?
• Do I have to pay my co-pay, or do I also have to meet my deductible before insurance starts to cover Therapy and/or Medication Management?
• How much of my deductible has been met?
• Do I have a limit of sessions that will be covered by my insurance company?
• Is prior-authorization, or additional authorization needed for the services you are requesting?

2. Sliding Fee – PVFC will not deny services based on an inability to pay. Discounts are available based on yearly income for the household, and how many people are currently living in the home. Proof of income is required to qualify.  Please contact our office for more information and to apply for the sliding scale.

3. Medicaid/Medicare – PVFC proudly accepts all Medicaid and Medicare clients.

4. Out of Pocket – Every client of PVFC has the option to pay for services out of pocket if they do not have or do not want to use their insurance benefits. If you choose to pay out of pocket, payment is expected at the time of service, and you will be asked to put a credit card on file prior to services starting.

5. Care Credit – PVFC is now a participating provider with Care Credit. Click here for more information.
